Booking time can be changed or your deposit can be refunded if unforeseen circumstances arise. Simply let us know at least one full day before your visit. Deposits are not refunded if the booking is cancelled on the day of the event. Take note that the restaurant employs both face control and a dress code (suits, shirts, dresses). Sportswear is not acceptable (T-shirts, running shoes, sweatshirts). Bookings and deposits do not guarantee that you will be allowed to enter.
Please confirm that you’ve read the BIRDS Moscow Visiting Rules and that you’ve been informed of the guest conduct rules. Each guest adds to the BIRDS Moscow experience. The main dining hall is actually the show stage. Tables cannot be vacant by the time the show starts (21:00). If your delay is over 30 minutes, then your selected table is subject to substitutions (regardless of prepayment). Tables booked after 22:00 are provided on a “first come, first served” basis, with no fixed table number.
